Honest Home Cleaning is a home cleaning business serving the Rockingham to Mandurah area of Western Australia. We take your privacy seriously and only ever collect what we need to quote, book and carry out your clean. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you request a quote or booking, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your suburb, and once you are booked, your address
- Details about your home, such as bedrooms, bathrooms and how often you would like a clean
- Anything you tell us in the notes, such as access instructions or pets
We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we never ask for them by text or email.
Why we collect it
We use your information only to:
- Give you a flat price and confirm your booking
- Contact you about your clean, including reminders before a visit
- Provide the service and keep your regular visits running
- Ask, after a clean, whether you were happy and whether you would leave a review
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the trusted services that help us run the business: our text-message provider (Twilio), our email provider (Resend), and our website and booking hosting. They only handle your details to deliver a message or store your booking, and nothing more.
How we keep it safe
Your booking details are stored securely, and access is limited to Meg and anyone directly helping run bookings. We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you. Just get in touch and we will sort it out.
